As a senior corporate development executive with over 20 years of global strategic growth experience, Pete has built an effective record of identifying and executing key acquisition and business exit strategies in the medical and energy industries.

Following his 8 years of military service as a Naval Aviator in the United States Marine Corps, he joined Eckert & Ziegler AG, European start-up medical device and energy component manufacturer specializing in radiological devices and instrumentation. In his management capacity as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Acquisitions, he successfully contributed to:

Following his successful corporate development career, Pete founded Middle Market Resources, LLC, a strategic M&A advisory firm to assist operating businesses in implementing value creating strategies through strategic exits and acquisitions.

Pete is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, Association for Corporate Growth and a certified M&A advisor. His education includes a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
